Graveyard Slot Attendant
About The Position
The Graveyard Slot Attendant performs slot-related guest service and machine operations, including jackpot payoffs, slot machine fills, accumulated credit payouts, and slot machine repair. The role also involves locating cocktail waitresses or Players Club staff to assist guests with food, beverages, or Players Club services; keeping slot machines clean; and providing attentive, exemplary customer service. The attendant walks the slot floor to observe gaming activity, watch for safety or security issues, report problems to Security or the Manager on Duty, and observe guests for signs of underage gaming or intoxication. The role requires maintaining working knowledge of Colorado Limited Gaming Rules, Regulations, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, and basic slot machine operations. The schedule is three 12-hour shifts per week.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.
Responsibilities
- Perform slot-related guest service duties, including jackpot payoffs, slot machine fills, accumulated credit payouts, and slot machine repair.
- Locate cocktail waitresses or Players Club staff when needed to provide guests with food, beverages, or Players Club services.
- Keep slot machines clean.
- Provide exemplary customer service and attend to guests’ needs; smile and greet guests pleasantly.
- Walk the slot floor to observe gaming activity and watch for safety or security problems.
- Report problems to Security or the Manager on Duty.
- Observe guests for signs of underage gaming or intoxication.
- Maintain working knowledge of Colorado Limited Gaming Rules, Regulations, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, and basic slot machine operations.
