About The Position

The Graphics Installer position is based at the company’s South Bend, Indiana office and involves installing signs on posts in the ground, banners on brick, vinyl on windows and vehicles, and graphics for large buildings and offices. The role requires following detailed installation instructions, adapting to schedule and workflow changes, and working effectively and professionally with a team and customers. Installers operate and maintain power tools, equipment, and a work van, and may travel long distances, including overnight and multi-day installations.

Requirements

High school graduate or GED completion.
Active driver's license.
Ability to drive a work van safely and responsibly over long distances, including sometimes overnight and for multi-day installations.
Willingness to work reasonable overtime when needed to meet customer demands and shop goals.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Time-management skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Basic knowledge of power tools and small-engine machinery.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal oversight.
Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and a team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

Install signs on posts in the ground, banners on brick, and vinyl on windows and vehicles, as well as perform large building and office installations.
Operate and maintain power tools, equipment, and a work van.
Closely follow detailed installation instructions.
Adapt to changes in scheduling and workflow.
Work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
Maintain professionalism in the office and on job sites.
Perform other tasks, duties, or functions as directed by the Production or Branch Manager.
