About The Position

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a Graphics Installer for its South Bend, Indiana office. The position involves installing signs on posts in the ground, banners on brick, vinyl on windows and vehicles, and graphics for large buildings and offices. The installer operates and maintains power tools, equipment, and a work van, follows detailed installation instructions, and adapts to changes in scheduling and workflow. The role requires effective teamwork and professional conduct in the office and at job sites. The employee may also perform other tasks as directed by the Production or Branch Manager.

Requirements

High school graduate or GED completion.
Active driver's license.
Ability to safely and responsibly drive a work van for long distances, including occasional overnight and multiple-day installations.
Willingness to work reasonable overtime when needed to meet customer demands and shop goals.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Time-management ability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Basic knowledge of power tools and small-engine machinery.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal oversight.
Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
