Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role that keeps you on your toes? Join our team as a Large Format Print Production Assistant and be part of bringing bold, eye-catching projects to life! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our print department, operating and maintaining large format printing equipment while working with a variety of materials like coroplast, banners, and adhesive vinyl. No two days are the same—you’ll be juggling multiple projects, keeping production moving, and seeing your work come together in real time. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, can manage multiple tasks with ease, and isn’t afraid of a deadline. You’ll also help keep our workspace organized, manage supplies, and ensure everything runs smoothly so we can deliver top-quality products on time. Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D) required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with large format printing preferred but not necessary. We provide on-site training

Responsibilities

  • Operate large format printers and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with various print materials including coroplast, vinyl banners, window perf, adhesive vinyl, poly paper, etc.
  • Manage print jobs in a fast-paced environment, often working under tight deadlines
  • Maintain consistent workflow and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Assist with organizing supplies and managing inventory levels
  • Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Route signage to correct locations, departments, and sales representatives
  • Additional duties as assigned
