About The Position

We're a small, collaborative design studio creating work across brand identity, retail, environmental graphics, and production design. We're looking for a Graphic Production Designer who brings both creative taste and operational rigor — someone who can make beautiful work and keep the behind-the-scenes process running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the bridge between concept and final production. Day to day you'll balance design work with technical and organizational tasks that keep projects moving from idea to install.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and/or production design
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file hygiene
• Collaborative mindset — confident making design calls and supporting the team
• Understanding of print production processes and materials
• Experience creating clear, client-facing presentations

Nice To Haves

• Experience with environmental graphics, retail, or experiential projects
• Interest in material exploration, sampling, and fabrication
• Background working in small, fast-moving creative teams

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, and maintain visual assets across multiple projects
• Build structured, easy-to-navigate workflows for both design and production teams
• Partner closely with design and production teams to ensure consistency from concept to final deliverable
• Translate creative direction into clear, detailed production mechanicals
• Build polished presentation decks in Figma that communicate concepts and production specs
• Maintain and manage graphic decks across multiple active projects
• Develop mechanical files based on approved designs and production requirements
• Prepare documentation for print production including material specs and sampling notes
• Ensure files are production-ready: color management, resolution, bleeds, crop marks, dielines
• Track the lifecycle of creative and production tasks from kickoff to delivery
• Help build and refine handoff processes between creative and production
• Juggle multiple projects at once with strong time management and attention to detail
