About The Position

The Graphic Designer plays a key role on the Big Sky Resort marketing team, supporting the development of marketing creative and facilitating on-the-ground design functions across the resort. In partnership with the wider marketing function and team, the Graphic Designer role will act as a critical collaborator in driving the excitement and energy of one of Norh America’s most iconic mountain destinations.

Requirements

Applicants must be prepared to submit a design portfolio for review prior to interview.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Figma, with the ability to learn new tools as needed
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across teams and with external partners
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude with a self-starting and dependable work ethic

Responsibilities

Manage design projects for internal departments, including Food and Beverage, Lodging, Retail, Mountain Sports, Mountain Services, Mountain Operations, and Human Resources
Lead the design and execution of resort signage and other marketing materials
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns
Design assets for marketing channels, including email, social media, website, public relations, sales, and paid media
Manage print vendor relationships, including order placement and purchase order management
Support the marketing team with community events
Manage external design partner relationships as needed
