About The Position

As a member of our creative team, you'll help bring our brand, products, and customer stories to life through compelling visual design and video content that supports business growth and customer engagement. As our Graphic Designer - Video Production, you'll create high-impact visual and video assets that communicate Gogo's value, strengthen our brand, and support marketing, sales, and internal communications initiatives. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, and business stakeholders to deliver creative content that engages audiences and drives results. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation
Demonstrated experience developing creative assets across digital, video, and print channels
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Experience managing projects from concept to completion while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to translate ideas and business objectives into compelling visual content and storytelling
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design, motion graphics, video production, and visual storytelling

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting B2B technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or aviation organizations
Exposure to photography, video direction, and on-location content production
Knowledge of branding, content marketing, and digital marketing best practices
Experience creating content for social media, web, events, and sales enablement programs
Familiarity with project management and creative collaboration tools
Experience with animation, 3D graphics, or interactive media
Relevant certifications in graphic design, video production, or digital media

Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality video, motion graphics, and visual content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications
Create engaging multimedia assets for digital channels, social media, events, presentations, websites, and internal communications
Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Communications teams to develop content that supports business objectives and strengthens brand awareness
Manage video production projects from concept development and storyboarding through filming, editing, and final delivery
Maintain and evolve Gogo's visual identity across all creative assets and communication channels
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling content for a variety of audiences
Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, content effectiveness, and production efficiency
Contribute to broader marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and company growth
