Requirements

  • Partner with marketing, content, and sales to create visual assets that achieve business goals.
  • Own projects end-to-end, from concept and creative direction to execution, revisions, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging between words and visuals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Receive feedback constructively, iterate quickly, and provide informed pushback when necessary to improve the work.
  • Utilize AI tools to increase speed and explore diverse creative directions, applying judgment to select the best options.
  • Maintain organized files, assets, and archives for easy retrieval and reuse.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing range and thought process across digital and print assets.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Illustration ability to create original visuals.
  • Command of design fundamentals, including typography, color, composition, and layout.
  • Web design experience, understanding responsive layouts and the impact of design on conversion.
  • Hands-on AI experience or a strong enthusiasm to learn and utilize AI tools.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong self-management skills, including prioritization, planning, and independent delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own brand identity, including the visual system, guidelines, and consistent application across all channels.
  • Develop web design for the marketing site, landing pages, and conversion-focused experiences.
  • Create campaign creative for paid ads, organic social media, email, blog, and YouTube graphics and thumbnails.
  • Design sales presentations, including pitch decks and executive-level narrative design.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, and battle cards.
  • Create print and digital collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, reports, e-books, and guides.
  • Design event graphics, such as booth designs, signage, banners, and on-site branded materials.
  • Design swag and merchandise, including apparel and promotional products.
  • Develop template systems using Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint for consistent branding by non-designers.
  • Manage design operations, including asset library organization, file management, and creative request intake.
