About The Position

A Graphic Designer in the Brand department is responsible for creative problem solving, resulting in the development of visually appealing designs that communicate a message effectively across various media platforms to the target audience. Key tasks include developing logos, brochures, websites, social media content, packaging, and marketing materials. They work closely with internal stakeholder teams to align the design with brand identity and marketing goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven graphic design experience
  • A strong portfolio of relevant work (print and digital projects with emphasis on marketing)
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
  • Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language)
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Be creative, curious and imaginative
  • All candidates are required to submit a portfolio of their work with their application; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
  • Must be able to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard, use a laptop and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to properly express oneself, exchange information, communicate and converse with diverse cultures, races and sexes.
  • Must be able to use sight to detect, determine, perceive, observe, inspect, and assess situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with animation and video editing is a big plus!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong sense of brand stewardship and target centricity
  • As needed, present work including the strategic choices made in solution development
  • Conceptualize visuals based on brief inputs
  • Create and design different marketing materials for digital and print
  • Work at developing the merchandise and retail design items
  • Use the appropriate brand colors, fonts and layouts for graphics
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers and other members of the team
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Implement feedback changes to design
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on - brand
  • Ensure the correct preparation for the print files
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
  • Must be willing to occasionally accommodate flexible scheduling of team meetings, particularly in the mornings in the US due to European time zone
