About The Position

We’re seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with video production skills to support the development of engaging educational materials for a government contracting project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible environment and enjoys collaborating on meaningful content. The position is hybrid, with occasional in-person meetings or production sessions in the Washington, DC area.

This contract-based curriculum development project offers a flexible schedule of approximately 15–20 hours per week. The hourly rate is $25–$60, based on experience. The position is contingent upon an upcoming contract award, with potential for extension based on project scope.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or similar experience/software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with educational or curriculum-based projects.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Experience with eLearning platforms.

Responsibilities
