About The Position

Freezing Point, the fastest-growing frozen beverage company in the US and maker of Frazil, Frazil Energy, and Café Tango, is seeking a Contracted Freelance Graphic Designer. This role is responsible for creating engaging and innovative designs across various channels, including product packaging, digital marketing, and in-store materials. The designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain the fun, refreshing, and consistent visual identity of the Frazil brand as the company grows and introduces new promotions. This is a part-time, as-needed position.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in illustration.
• Hard-working, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of visual design principles.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field (BFA or BA preferred).
• Experience in digital marketing materials, social media graphics, and packaging design.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects preferred).
• Ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.
• Passionate about creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging promotional materials for digital and in-store use, including banners, flyers, and social media content.
• Ensure consistent application of the brand across all touchpoints, including updating and maintaining brand materials like logo refreshes and style guides.
• Design booth setups, banners, and promotional materials for industry trade shows and events.
• Create engaging visual content for social media channels, website, and email marketing.
• Design visually engaging and user-friendly web pages using drag-and-drop editors (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress), ensuring optimization for desktop and mobile experiences.
• Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all design materials reflect the Frazil brand identity, including colors, typography, and imagery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
