About The Position

We are currently seeking Graphic Designer at our Jonesboro location. The Graphic Designer develops creative, on-brand materials to support Hytrol’s marketing initiatives and internal efforts. This role is responsible for producing a wide range of digital and print assets, including product-focused materials, event support graphics, and internal communications. This position also plays a key role in maintaining and updating Hytrol’s product catalog and other core product materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong visual representation. The Graphic Designer works closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality visual content that supports Hytrol’s brand and business goals.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across projects

Nice To Haves

Photography experience preferred
Copywriting and editing experience preferred
Video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus, but not required
2 years of graphic design experience preferred

Responsibilities

Design a wide range of visually engaging materials across digital and print formats, including marketing and product-focused materials, social media graphics, event assets, signage, and internal communications
Maintain and update Hytrol’s product catalog and related product materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
Support event marketing efforts through the creation of graphics such as signage, presentations, displays, and promotional materials
Develop internal communications materials, including digital signage graphics, employee app content, flyers, and environmental graphics
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to understand and fulfill their design needs, ensuring all materials align with Hytrol branding and messaging
Capture and edit photography to support campaigns and various activities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines
Ensure all designs are aligned with Hytrol’s brand guidelines and messaging
Perform other duties as required
