Under general direction from the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for establishing and managing marketing information for the development of innovative design concepts consistent with Table Mountain Casino Resort brand strategies. The Graphic Designer produces visual materials for print and online media that ensure customer acquisition, retention, and conversion. This position requires excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of Marketing operations, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, and providing solutions for customer concerns. The role involves achieving financial objectives by following the annual budget, developing and facilitating effective relationships and communication processes with Marketing personnel and other customers, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, quality standards, and legal regulations. The Graphic Designer interfaces with departments, advertising agencies, and design staff to create original campaigns, advertising/promotional pieces, and collateral materials. They also develop and interface with a network of vendors to ensure timely production, quality control, and competitive pricing of printed materials. The position requires understanding and applying marketing and advertising theories applicable to the gaming industry, utilizing brand and direct marketing principles to produce graphics that support market share, and assisting in executing creative advertising strategies. Responsibilities include trafficking visual marketing materials from conception to completion, producing materials using MacIntosh and Windows workstations with graphic design software, and considering cognitive, cultural, physical, and social factors in design planning. The role involves designing logos, signs, and signage systems, creating and maintaining physical and digital files, and staying current with technological changes in the design industry through research and professional development. The Graphic Designer will create and develop visual concepts, develop overall layout and production design for various materials, work closely with all departments to determine project scope, and collaborate with the Media & Advertising Manager to ensure project goals are met. A key responsibility is reviewing designs for errors before printing and working under pressure of deadlines, adhering to all brand standards. Collaboration with the Marketing and Promotions team on promotional and event ideas is also expected. This role has no direct reports and requires access to the Marketing sensitive area.
