Graphic Designer & Videographer
About The Position
GA Telesis is looking to hire a talented, detail-oriented creative Graphic Designer & Videographer with 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and WordPress website maintenance. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and open to new tasks. This team member will be responsible for graphic design requests and front/back-end maintenance of GA Telesis and subsidiary websites. Adobe Suite and WordPress proficient. This position is not remote and is required to work with our Global Marketing Team at our Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or corporate marketing environment
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and WordPress
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and color theory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt quickly
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Professional photography and videography experience
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) for drone photography and videography
- Photography experience, including studio and on-location shoots
- Experience with animation or motion graphics
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly and ChatGPT
- Experience working within a B2B or aerospace marketing environment
Responsibilities
- Graphic design requests
- Front/back-end maintenance of GA Telesis and subsidiary websites
- Producing creative assets for print, digital, web, social media, and video
- Maintaining WordPress websites and updating website content
- Preparing artwork for both digital and commercial print production
- Web graphics optimization, image sizing, compression, and SEO best practices
- Shooting and editing video, creating motion graphics, and producing multimedia content
- Managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Maintaining and evolving established brand standards
- Conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns from idea through final production
