As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create compelling visual assets that support fundraising campaigns, client presentations, and business development efforts. From print-ready packages to data visualizations, your work will help translate complex ideas into engaging, effective design that drives impact. Requirements
- At least one (1) year of experience creating print graphic design deliverables in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and pre-press production.
- Experience creating print-ready materials and presentation graphics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with data visualization or designing charts and graphics from data.
- Exposure to nonprofit, fundraising, or marketing agency environments.
Responsibilities
- Bring creative concepts to life across a variety of client and internal projects.
- Design print and digital materials, support presentation development, and contribute to data visualization efforts—helping ensure that every deliverable is clear, engaging, and aligned with client goals.
- Keep projects running smoothly by managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and supporting business development efforts through polished proposals and presentation materials.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to refine ideas and continuously elevate the quality of our work.
