About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to manage customer graphics orders, assist with high-volume printing, and oversee the production process. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and hands-on experience with graphic design, pre-press setup, and production printing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has demonstrated strengths in design, project management, and customer communication.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience operating and troubleshooting production printers (digital and wide-format preferred).
• Strong understanding of pre-press processes, color management, and print production techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong copyediting and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and prepare high-quality graphics for both print and digital projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and brand standards.
• Handle pre-press setup and file preparation for various print formats, optimizing for Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on both Mac and PC.
• Operate and troubleshoot production printers (digital, wide-format, and offset), ensuring high-quality output and efficient job completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and ensure project satisfaction.
• Review and proofread materials for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer files, job specifications, and production workflows.
• Work seamlessly with production teams to streamline processes and meet deadlines.
• Assist with other design and print-related tasks as needed.
