The Graphic Designer will utilize skills in design to visually communicate services within the Division of Student Affairs to various audiences including current and prospective students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors and other external populations. The position provides primary, day-to-day creative support for Wellness programs—including Competitive Sports and Intramurals, Fitness, Employee Wellness, Outdoor Adventure and Student Wellness—while also contributing design expertise to priority initiatives across the Student Affairs organization. Working collaboratively with Student Affairs communicators, program leaders and other creative professionals, the designer develops audience-focused visual solutions from concept through completion. Projects may include campaigns, posters, flyers, brochures, reports, presentations, environmental graphics, digital signage, social media assets, web graphics, email graphics and other print and digital materials. The position helps ensure that Student Affairs communications are coordinated, accessible, visually compelling and consistent with Oklahoma State University brand standards. Must have a strong grasp of design, layout, typography and ability to contribute to creative processes from concept to execution.
