About The Position

Responsible for supporting digital print operations. This role requires knowledge of Prepress, Color Proofing and Color Matching to provide support for large format digital printing. Experience with Photo Spectrometer is desired. The position also involves Video, Audio and Photography experience in a media center setting. The Graphic Designer will communicate and demonstrate knowledge of print processes and prepress solutions with production facilities and staff. They will create graphics, photography, video, and animations for packaging, presentations, and other forms of communication. This role will work closely with IP graphics, national account sales teams, marketing and innovation teams to brainstorm and create conceptual graphic solutions. The Graphic Designer will design layouts for corrugated packaging and printed sales material, understanding brand management guidelines for both IP and customers. Additionally, the role provides support for digital content generation and collaborates with various departments to understand products.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Graphics, Product Engineering or Packaging program
  • 5-8 years’ experience in a graphics role
  • 3 or more years preferably in corrugated packaging
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e., Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Understanding of CAD packaging software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Photo Spectrometer is desired.
  • Experience with corrugated packaging print process is preferred.
