About The Position

Navitor, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to join their team in North Mankato, MN. This role is crucial for creating high-quality visuals to support ecommerce and marketing efforts. The position requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to efficiently manage and store digital assets. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is required.
Strong understanding of product image optimization, digital design best practices, and user experience principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain an efficient file storage system, and prioritize work effectively.
Strong focus on quality control, accuracy, and consistency in design execution.
Ability to work cross-functionally and take feedback constructively to refine designs.
Experience with Asana or similar task management tools.

Nice To Haves

Graphic design experience in an ecommerce or marketing setting.
Interest in learning and adapting AI techniques into workflows.
Background in creating product images, digital advertisements, and promotional graphics.
Experience managing digital asset libraries and maintaining organized file structures.
Experience with Figma for design and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Create engaging digital assets, including ecommerce product images, banners, email visuals, and marketing materials.
Develop high-quality product images optimized for web use, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Maintain an efficient digital asset storage system for easy access and version control of design files.
Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to produce compelling visuals that align with brand and business goals.
Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Manage and track design requests using Asana (preferred) or other project management tools, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Identify opportunities to streamline design workflows and improve asset organization.
Stay up-to-date on design trends, ecommerce best practices, and emerging digital tools.
