About The Position

We’re partnering with a growing, creative organization in Central Florida to hire a Graphic Design & Marketing Manager who can combine exceptional hands-on design skills with ownership of day-to-day marketing execution. This is a role for someone who wants to lead, create, and execute. You’ll have the autonomy to bring ideas to the table, identify opportunities, and keep marketing initiatives moving, but you’ll also work closely with an engaged CEO who enjoys being part of the creative process and regularly brings new concepts and priorities to the table. The right person will thrive in that balance. You should be confident enough to take the lead without needing step-by-step direction, but collaborative and adaptable enough to receive feedback, shift gears, and take someone else’s idea and make it even better. You won’t be territorial about where an idea comes from, you’ll care about producing great work and getting things done. The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer first, with solid marketing experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience in an agency, print, promotional products, apparel, or other production-focused creative environment would be especially valuable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 2 years working within marketing
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both print/production design and digital or social content
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of print production and preparing production-ready artwork
  • Experience managing social media, content calendars, and marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing analytics
  • Experience incorporating AI tools such as Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar tools into your workflow
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and reprioritize as deadlines change
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Has the confidence to lead and make decisions, but doesn't need to have the final say on every idea
  • Can take a loosely defined concept and figure out how to bring it to life
  • Enjoys collaborating with an involved, idea-driven leader
  • Can receive direction and feedback without becoming defensive or losing momentum
  • Is comfortable when a great new idea means adjusting what was originally planned
  • Knows when to take initiative and when to listen, adapt, and execute
  • Doesn't need constant direction—but also doesn't interpret autonomy as working in a silo
  • Can juggle competing priorities without letting details fall through the cracks
  • Takes pride in creating AWESOME and UNIQUE work
