Own and lead creative projects from start to finish, including ideation, creative strategy, visual identity, and experiential design for internal communications, events, and experiences that inspire and empower the work of retail teams worldwide. Help lead and create global and localized content across platforms and mediums, working closely with strategists, experience designers, creative writers, digital editors, and videographers. Spearhead the development and impeccable execution of a variety of projects and deliverables — from motion graphics, illustration, and photography to video, 3D renderings, and VR/XR. Oversee and guide the work of junior and mid‐range designers.
