About The Position

Own and lead creative projects from start to finish, including ideation, creative strategy, visual identity, and experiential design for internal communications, events, and experiences that inspire and empower the work of retail teams worldwide. Help lead and create global and localized content across platforms and mediums, working closely with strategists, experience designers, creative writers, digital editors, and videographers. Spearhead the development and impeccable execution of a variety of projects and deliverables — from motion graphics, illustration, and photography to video, 3D renderings, and VR/XR. Oversee and guide the work of junior and mid‐range designers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
  • 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 4 years of experience with Designing content for mobile apps using Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe After Effects, or Keynote for communication to various audiences.
  • 4 years of experience Leading lifestyle photography and hiring photographers, re-touchers, and producers to create visual stories that reflect the retail experience.
  • 4 years of experience Planning and leading offsite meetings focused on inspiring internal creative teams.
  • 4 years of experience Utilizing Adobe Creative suite to design bespoke marketing campaigns for internal communication.
  • 4 years of experience Designing Keynote Documents for corporate audiences.
  • 4 years of experience Creating design standards and documents using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, or Keynote to onboard new team members and outside agencies.
  • 4 years of experience Hiring design contractors, managing their workload, critiquing work product, and delivering to stakeholders.
  • 4 years of experience Leading projects from initial concepts to final delivery, and leading communication with cross functional team members to present to senior leadership
