The Grants Manager is a hybrid position split between grants administration and accounting support. On the grants side, this position maintains grant files and supporting documentation, prepares budget plans and reports for funders, monitors grant expenditures and compliance with funder guidelines, communicates with funders on routine inquiries, and prepares grant-related journal entries, allocations, and audit support. On the accounting side, this position processes and disburses accounts payable, maintains accounts payable files and the prepaid expense schedule, assists with monthly closings and bank deposits, and supports 1099 preparation and fixed asset tracking. This position is based out of LSA’s Central Office in Montgomery.
