About The Position

Hite Consulting is a management consulting firm that partners with federal agencies to strengthen program operations, improve organizational performance, and support the delivery of critical public-sector missions. Our work spans program management, grants administration, operational support, strategic communications, training, technical assistance, and organizational improvement. Our success is built on the experience and commitment of our people. We value collaboration, accountability, responsiveness, and a practical approach to solving complex challenges. While grant closeout will be the primary responsibility, the Grants Management Specialist may also assist with other post-award and grant management activities based on program workload and priorities. The selected candidate will report directly to the Hite Program Manager.
