About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Grants Management Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of a new Grants Management platform. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in grants lifecycle management, business process improvement, software implementation, and government grant compliance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with the end-to-end grants management lifecycle.
- Experience implementing enterprise Grants Management software.
- Public sector/government experience (state, local, or federal).
- Knowledge of grant accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience with process improvement, change management, and project management.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with WebGrants, Salesforce, or similar grant management platforms.
- Knowledge of Virginia Cardinal and state procurement processes.
- Experience with federal grant compliance and capital improvement programs.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of an enterprise Grants Management system.
- Analyze and improve grant lifecycle processes and workflows.
- Configure and optimize grants management software.
- Advise on grant accounting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and software vendors.
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and policies.
- Track project progress, risks, and provide regular status updates.
