About The Position
Client is seeking a Grants Management Implementation Specialist to support the design, implementation, and improvement of grant management systems and business processes.
Requirements
- Experience implementing Grants Management software.
- Strong knowledge of grant lifecycle management and federal grant compliance.
- Business process analysis and workflow improvement experience.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with government or public sector grant programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a Grants Management platform.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on grants management and federal grant regulations.
- Analyze and improve grant lifecycle processes and workflows.
- Configure and support grants management software.
- Recommend best practices for grant applications, awards, payments, accounting, reporting, and closeout.
- Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors to enhance system functionality.
- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Track project decisions, obtain approvals, and provide weekly project status updates.
