•$75,000 - $85,000•Remote

About The Position

The Grants and Compliance Manager owns National Math Stars’ grant compliance and record-keeping to ensure federal requirements are met. The manager oversees the operational work behind the grant budget, drawdowns, federal financial reporting, and other compliance requirements. The manager will build the organization’s grants function across federal and potentially state funders, establishing systems that keep awards compliant. The Finance team handles transactions and reconciliations; this role ensures grant funds are spent, documented, and reported according to funder requirements.
