About The Position
Participates in organization-wide grant writing and grant managing activities. Coordinates and/or writes assigned funding proposals; researches funding opportunities; gathers and analyzes pertinent health data and trends; uses tracking systems to monitor, assess, and implement grant compliance for Behavioral Health, Primary Care and other PMS services and programs as assigned.
Requirements
- Grant writing experience
- Grant managing experience
- Ability to coordinate funding proposals
- Ability to research funding opportunities
- Ability to gather and analyze health data and trends
- Familiarity with tracking systems for grant compliance
