About The Position

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring Grant Reviewers on behalf of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) for its Community Schools Incentive Initiative (CSII) grant competition. Reviewers provide independent subject matter expertise by reading, scoring, and commenting on competitive grant applications submitted by local education agencies, schools, community-based organizations, and other eligible entities. Their scores are used to recommend applications for funding. Reviews are completed remotely through OSSE's online Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS), and OSSE selects reviewers from a qualified pool, preferring reviewers who have satisfactorily completed reviews for its competitions in previous years. This is a remote, part-time, short-term independent contractor assignment paid per application reviewed. Reviewers complete work on their own schedule within the applicable deadlines. The process includes EGMS training and a virtual orientation webinar, a review window usually lasting two weeks after applications are assigned, and a facilitated phone or video discussion if panel scores differ significantly. The approximate completion date for reviewer work is June 15, 2027; final dates are confirmed before orientation. Reviewers typically receive two or more applications per competition and are one of three reviewers on an EGMS review panel. Payment is $100 per application successfully reviewed and is made after OSSE verifies completion of the entire review process, including training, orientation, timely scoring and comments, and any required facilitated discussion. Dhaka Technologies Limited Company issues payment by direct deposit or check within 30 calendar days of OSSE's verification. Failure to complete timely, high-quality reviews affects payment and disqualifies the reviewer from future assignments.
