The Research and Grant Strategy Manager provides strategic leadership for the College's research, scholarship, and external funding operations, with the Center for Nursing Innovation serving as the central hub for advancing and supporting this work. The Manager develops the infrastructure and processes needed to expand faculty and student research pathways, strengthen scholarly productivity, and support funding opportunities aligned with the college’s strategic priorities. This role leads grant development and submission and post-award oversight, compliance, reporting and performance tracking. This role also builds internal capacity by guiding faculty and staff in research processes, funding development, implementation, dissemination, and best practices. This position is funded in whole or in part by a grant. Employment is subject to the continued availability of grant funding and does not imply a guarantee of employment beyond the grant period.
