About The Position

The Grant Development & Compliance Specialist owns MCSC’s institutional funding portfolio and helps strengthen and grow the organization’s government funding capacity. The role covers the funding cycle, from researching and assessing opportunities and developing applications through grant management, reporting, demonstrating impact, and renewals. The position is with the Missing Children Society of Canada (MCSC), is full-time and permanent, and is based in Calgary or remote. A satisfactory criminal record check is required as a condition of employment; additional screening requirements may apply based on the position’s responsibilities.
