The Grant Coordinator plays a key role in the full grant lifecycle including identifying funding opportunities, leading and writing grant proposals, managing proposal development timelines and partner coordination, and supporting grant implementation, reporting, and compliance. This position works closely with internal teams, funders, and community partners to ensure projects are successfully executed and aligned with organizational priorities and community needs.
