The Grant Coordinator will monitor and support subgrantees in program/curriculum implementation and goal achievement. This role involves partnering with external stakeholders, coordinating program materials and supplies, and providing technical assistance. The Grant Coordinator will also assist with training needs assessments, coordinate and facilitate training sessions, and conduct post-training evaluations. Additionally, they will help establish and maintain internal and external relationships, facilitate meetings with subgrantees and stakeholders, and may assist in monitoring program and subgrantee budgets and purchasing decisions. The position requires participation in local and state-wide meetings to stay updated on public health trends and regulations, potential involvement in strategic planning, and identifying additional service agencies and collaborations. The Grant Coordinator will represent CCBH at coalition meetings, assist in the planning and evaluation of multisector partnerships, and develop/extract reports from databases. They will also gather documents for public records requests, participate in quality assurance activities, collaborate on special projects, and assist in public health emergency activities. This role may require operating agency-owned vehicles and performing other assigned duties.
