About The Position

The Grain Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring grain receiving and shipping operations at Primient’s grain elevators. The role also participates in grain quality control, general maintenance, housekeeping, and maintaining high safety standards. The position involves physical work in hot and cold temperatures, at heights exceeding 50 feet, and during harvest season, when extra hours may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 50 feet and climb ladders.
• Ability to lift and carry 55 pounds and perform other physical duties.
• Ability to work extra hours during harvest season.
