About The Position

The Grain Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring grain receiving and shipping operations at the Cowden grain elevators. The role also participates in grain quality control, general maintenance, and housekeeping, while maintaining high safety standards. The work requires being able to perform physical duties in hot and cold temperatures, climb ladders and work at heights exceeding 50 feet, and lift and carry 55 pounds. Extra hours may be required during harvest season.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 50 feet, including climbing ladders.
• Ability to lift and carry 55 pounds and perform other physical duties.
