About The Position
The Grain Millwright will help with the grain in the fall and outside of harvest, will work with other millwrights on projects and problem solving at any/all of our locations, which will ultimately result in outstanding customer service. Requirements
- Grain grading license required.
- Welding skills.
- Ability to fabricate and weld and build transitions.
- Knowing how to work with a crane, rigging and signals.
- Reading blueprints.
- Understand the flow of grain.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Self-starter.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong communicator, both paper and over the phone.
- Ability to work long hours under stressful conditions.
- Must be able to routinely meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- CDL Endorsement a plus.
