About The Position

Country Visions Cooperative is seeking a full-time Grain Handler for their Random Lake and Cedar Grove locations. This agriculture-based cooperative, established in 1923, focuses on service and building long-term relationships. The role involves working with a team in the shop, on the road, and in the office.

Requirements

Ability to work with minimal supervision
Perform all duties in a safe and responsible matter
Ability to read maps and follow directions
Ability to shovel and sweep

Nice To Haves

Class A CDL preferred

Responsibilities

Receive grain from customers and load out grain trucks/railcars year round
Operate grain dryers
Perform routine maintenance on trucks and grain handling equipment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate and work with customers and other team members on a daily basis
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
