Under the direction of the Location Manager, the Grain Superintendent is responsible for operations and safety policies. This role involves organizing, scheduling, and communicating grain movements and facility operations. Key duties include performing maintenance, repair, and housekeeping, as well as maintaining records using the Limble program. The superintendent is also responsible for weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts and managing rail operations at the facility, assisting other facilities when necessary.
