About The Position

This role involves receiving, shipping, handling, and monitoring grain. The employee will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and housekeeping tasks as necessary. Key duties include accurately and timely receiving, locating, and transferring materials. The position requires loading and unloading materials onto various containers such as trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and trays, using appropriate tools. Transporting incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas using appropriate tools/vehicles is also a core function. The employee will maintain a safe and clean working environment, participate in quality improvement efforts, and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Drug Screen will be required upon job offer

Responsibilities

• Receive, ship, handle and monitor grain
• Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping as necessary
• Receive, locate, and transfer materials accurately and in a timely manner
• Load and unload materials onto and from a variety of containers including but not limited to trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish task
• Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment
• Participate in quality improvement efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
