About The Position
The Department of Writing Arts is seeking qualified graduate students currently enrolled in the MA in Writing program to teach primarily in our first-year writing program. More information about the first-year writing program and other offerings can be found on the department website. Applicants must be concurrently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Writing program.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the MA in Writing program.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Teach primarily in the first-year writing program.
Benefits
- Minimum of $2,225 per credit (after 9/1/2026)
- Maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester, 12 credits in an academic year.
