About The Position

This position involves assisting with the daily operations of The Store, which is an on-campus food pantry at Baylor University. The role requires providing respectful and confidential service to students, supporting inventory management, and guiding other student workers and volunteers. The Graduate Student Employee will also be involved in data collection, administrative tasks, outreach, and special events related to the food pantry.

Requirements

• Must be a current graduate student at Baylor University.
• Ability to provide respectful and confidential service.
• Skills in inventory tracking and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to guide and support student workers and volunteers.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of The Store, including opening, closing, stocking, organizing, and cleaning.
• Provide respectful and confidential service to students utilizing the pantry.
• Support inventory tracking, food deliveries, donations, and restocking needs.
• Help guide undergraduate student workers and volunteers during shifts.
• Assist with pantry data collection, reporting, and basic administrative tasks.
• Support outreach efforts, donation drives, food distributions, and special events.
• Communicate operational needs, supply concerns, and student support issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
