The Graduate Program Manager provides operational leadership for the School of Nursing's graduate programs by planning, coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving the administrative infrastructure that supports students, faculty, and program leadership. The position is responsible for ensuring efficient, effective, and student-centered operations across all graduate nursing programs throughout the student lifecycle, including recruitment, admissions, enrollment, records management, academic scheduling, clinical education support, student progression, communications, graduate program events, accreditation support, data reporting, and continuous quality improvement. Working collaboratively with the Graduate Program Director and Program Coordinators, Associate Dean, faculty, university offices, clinical partners, and external stakeholders, the Program Admissions and Records Specialist serves as the primary operational leader for graduate nursing programs and is responsible for ensuring that administrative processes support student success, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and achievement of the School of Nursing's strategic goals.
