About The Position

UPMC Jameson is seeking graduating nurses from Fall 2026 to join their Graduate Nurse Rotational Program (GNRP) as full-time Professional Staff Nurses. This program offers a unique opportunity to rotate through various units within the hospital, gaining diverse experience while being mentored by experienced nurses and preceptors. UPMC Jameson is a 90-bed, full-service community hospital that became part of UPMC in 2016. The program aims to help nurses explore different nursing specialties and find their ideal fit within the organization.

Requirements

  • Graduating from nursing school in Fall 2026.
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse required prior to program start date OR must have a Temporary Practice Permit and commit to taking the NCLEX examination within 4 months of hire.
  • CPR or BLS required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
