About The Position

Airbus is seeking university graduates for critical roles that will shape its future through the Airbus Global Graduate development journey. This is a personalized, two-year program designed to cultivate professional skills, enhance business acumen, and hone technical abilities, with a strong emphasis on developing leadership potential. Graduates will gain a unique perspective on Airbus while contributing directly in an impactful position. The program includes daily responsibilities, comprehensive training, and an annual development week with the global graduate community for networking and learning from leaders and industry experts. The goal is to develop graduates into established, valuable team members ready to take on future leadership challenges within Airbus, working in an industry that is reshaping the world.

Requirements

  • A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study.
  • Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of supply chain management or logistics (0 - 3 years of experience).
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
  • The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
  • Ability to work in the US without current or future need of visa sponsorship.
  • Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Project work supporting the continuous improvement of the Airbus Manufacturing Logistics organization.
  • Daily operation support across the logistics department at a multi-program commercial aerospace manufacturing facility, including supporting the Airbus global supply chain.
  • Learning to use SAP MES and other Airbus manufacturing ecosystem IT tools.
  • Gaining experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing principles.
  • Developing an awareness of global supply chain topics.
  • Participating in rotational placements designed to support professional development, which could include different phases of the manufacturing process in logistics operations roles, rotations through the quality department, or in adjacent departments and/or sites.
