About The Position

PMG is seeking recent graduates with bachelor's or master's degrees for its Graduate Leadership Program in AI & Software Engineering. This full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to PMG's proprietary technology, Alli, and develop innovative solutions for major brands. The program includes an eight-week immersive training period focused on digital marketing, AI, and pioneering technologies. Participants will gain hands-on experience in software development and scalable systems, working alongside experienced AI & Software engineers. The program emphasizes learning and skill development before moving into leadership roles. Alli is PMG's cloud-based AI-powered toolset for marketers, enabling ad delivery to over a billion consumers.

Requirements

Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and Node.js is beneficial.
Skills in AWS and GCP are beneficial.
Experience with AI technologies, including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain is beneficial.
A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing.
Internships or relevant work experience that shows problem-solving and technical capabilities.
Authorization to work in the US (sponsorship is not offered).
