This Graduate Leadership Program in AI & Software Engineering offers a full-time role where you’ll contribute to evolving PMG’s proprietary technology, Alli, to craft innovative solutions for top-tier brands. Located in Uptown Dallas, you’ll develop industry expertise and build a strong network. The program includes an eight-week immersive training period focused on digital marketing and the use of AI and other pioneering technologies. As an AI-first organization, you will develop software solutions and engineer scalable systems, gaining invaluable experience and making an immediate impact. The focus is on equipping you with cutting-edge knowledge and hands-on experience, working alongside best-in-class AI & Software engineers, engaging in collaborative opportunities, and leading AI Agents. You will help build Alli, PMG’s cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools for marketers, which enables ad delivery to over 1 billion consumers.

Requirements

Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and Node.js is beneficial.
Skills in AWS and GCP are beneficial.
Experience with AI technologies, including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain is beneficial.
A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing.
Internships or relevant work experience that shows problem-solving and technical capabilities.
