About The Position

The Health & Well-being team at Emory University is seeking a graduate student intern for a paid, project-based internship during Summer 2026 (June 1 – August 7). This role will provide hands-on experience supporting implementation, evaluation, and readiness efforts for enterprise-wide employee well-being programs, with a strong focus on program documentation, data-informed insights, and operational planning. The intern will contribute to summer programming while helping prepare systems, tools, and materials that strengthen readiness for fall well-being campaigns and 2027 program planning. This internship offers meaningful, applied experience in organizational health, program planning, and evaluation within a large, complex institution.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a graduate student in a college or university pursuing a graduate degree.
  • Completion of undergraduate degree required and must be in good academic standing.
  • College transcripts required as part of interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Support engagement and participation within the Well-being Champion Network, including tracking activity and documenting best practices
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of onsite and virtual well-being events during the summer
  • Help develop communication and marketing materials for upcoming fall well-being campaigns
  • Compile participation data and support basic evaluation and survey analysis
  • Prepare summaries, visuals, and internal reports to support program evaluation and planning
  • Create and organize reusable templates, tools, and documentation to support fall initiatives and 2027 program planning
