About The Position

This full-time graduate internship is scheduled for Summer–Fall 2027, from May or June through December, and is based onsite in Rochester, Minnesota. The intern will learn the procedures and processes of the Division of Engineering and assigned work unit, and complete selected engineering assignments that support both learning and the work unit. Assignments may include gathering user needs, documenting requirements and specifications, performing design verification and validation, troubleshooting, and participating in design reviews. Work is conducted within the Division of Engineering Quality Management System, including safety risk management, and in a multidisciplinary development environment. The intern must complete internship-related assignments and reports for Mayo Clinic and, if applicable, the participating educational institution.
