About The Position

Serve as a Graduate Collaborative Pianist for the Conservatory of Music by providing piano accompaniment for student lessons, juries, recitals, and performances. Support student success and departmental activities through rehearsal preparation and performance collaboration as assigned by the Director of Keyboard Collaborative Arts.

Requirements

  • Current graduate student.
  • Advanced piano performance and accompaniment skills.
  • Strong sight-reading abilities.
  • Ability to learn and prepare musical repertoire.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet performance and rehearsal commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Rehearse with Conservatory students for performances, juries, and other assigned academic activities.
  • Provide collaborative piano accompaniment for student lessons, as assigned.
  • Perform at recital events and other departmental performances as required.
  • Complete duties and assignments as directed by the Director of Keyboard Collaborative Arts.
  • Support Keyboard Collaborative Arts activities and events as needed.
