About The Position

Bezos.ai is a Fulfilment-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform that connects online sellers' sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) to orchestrate order routing to a global network of warehouse and carrier partners, track parcels, and provide sellers with a unified view of their supply chain. This is an opportunity to learn how a logistics platform operates within a small, fast-moving, AI-native team that is experiencing significant growth. The role focuses on keeping orders flowing, resolving issues, supporting sellers and partners, and contributing to the development of AI skills and automations to reduce repetitive tasks. The position offers end-to-end learning of the order journey and encourages independent problem-solving within months.

Requirements

• Numerate & analytical with a degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, maths, physics, CS) or a heavily numerate economics/finance/quant-social-science track.
• Comfortable with raw data and spreadsheets.
• AI-native: ability to build with AI (e.g., Claude), not just chat. Must demonstrate building a simple, working Claude skill in the recruitment exercise.
• Reliable & coachable: delivers requested work on time with clean execution, asks questions when stuck, accepts feedback well, and learns new tools/processes quickly.
• Energised by startups: excited by ambiguity, pace, ownership, and a wide remit.
• Clear communicator: writes clearly, presents simple findings, and flags problems early.

Nice To Haves

• Internships or part-time work in consulting, banking, operations, analytics, e-commerce, or a startup.
• Light coding (Python / SQL) or experience with no-code tooling (Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable).
• Having already built a Claude skill, agent, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Keep the flow clean: Run daily cross-system checks; identify and resolve or escalate orders that are missing, stuck, or mismatched.
• Support sellers & partners: Respond to operational tickets, run checkers, and accurately create/send invoices on time.
• Learn to build: Utilize Claude to develop skills and automations for removing repetitive work.
• Improve as you go: Drive incremental improvements to tools and processes.
