The Global Associate Program (GAP) is a structured 12-month rotational development program consists of two 6-month rotations designed to provide broad exposure across operational support, business analytics, operational excellence, process improvement, project management, and technology-driven initiatives within the aviation services industry. The Rotational Program Participant role in the Global Associate Program supports operational excellence by analyzing data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and contributing to workforce optimization and strategic initiatives. The position partners cross-functionally to implement solutions involving technology, automation, and continuous improvement methodology efforts across the WFS network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 1–2 years in one of the following fields: Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, Business Administration
  • Internship, academic, or professional experience in operations, logistics, analytics, or project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to identify root causes and develop actionable solutions
  • Effective collaboration with frontline teams and senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with data
  • Ability to work in both corporate and operational environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Interest in automation, AI, and operational technology solutions

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support labor planning, workforce optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Conduct root cause analysis related to operational challenges and process gaps
  • Partner with station leadership and support teams to recommend operational and technical solutions
  • Support initiatives involving AI, automation, operational technology, and business process improvement
  • Assist with project management activities including timelines, reporting, stakeholder communication, and implementation tracking
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to support operational and leadership decision making
  • Participate in operational reviews, station visits, and process improvement initiatives across the network
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, HR, finance, and support teams on strategic operational initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement projects aligned with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
